Jacinto Castaneda was born and raised in Jalapa,Mexico where he attended the Conservatory of Music at The University of Jalapa.He is a gifted guitarist and bass player who blends his native Jarocho music with blues and rock.
He was the frontman for the group "Splash" which is credited as being the pioneers of reggae in Spanish and toured across Mexico,Europe and Jamaica.They played at Reggae Sunsplash alongside legendary bands such as Chalice, Unique Vision and Julian Marley.
Jacinto is a multitalented musician and singer/songwriter who has recorded 3 albums.He currently resides in San Francisco and is the lead guitarist in his duo 45 Revolutions and in The Back to Black Amy Winehouse tribute band.
Victoria Wasserman was born in California and raised in NYC.Her powerful and soulful vocals have been compared to Amy Winehouse,Janis Joplin,Patsy Kline and Etta James.
At an early age she was exposed to jazz through her father's close ties to the budding music world of Encinitas,Ca. which includes accomplished musicians such as Mark Dresser and Diane Moser.Victoria was trained in musical theatre and performed throughout the NYC public school system.
Victoria has performed in venues and festivals in New York,Canada,Mexico,San Diego and San Francisco including The House of Blues,Croce's famed Jazz bar and The Blue Note.
Victoria currently resides in San Francisco where she currently enjoys a residency at The Chieftain with her blues/soul duo and performs regularly in her Amy Winehouse Tribute band across the bay area.
